The knowledge lived in people's heads
Team Smart is a luxury real estate firm in Puebla, México. Small team, high-value properties, and the same problem almost every services SMB has: the business knowledge lived in people's heads and WhatsApp threads. Lead follow-up was scattered, the property portfolio had no central system, and reports were built by hand every month.
In May 2026 we launched NEXUS: not another piece of software the team has to learn, but a system that adapts to how the team already works.
A CRM that asks — instead of waiting
NEXUS is a custom CRM (Next.js + Supabase) with an AI layer that does what traditional CRMs don't: take initiative. Every morning it asks the director one business question via Telegram — just one, in plain language. With the answers and the system's data, it suggests marketing actions per property and generates the monthly activity report without anyone asking.
Why Telegram? Because that's where the team lives. The design rule was to add zero new apps: the system goes where people already are.
What NEXUS does today
- Centralizes the full portfolio: all 16 real properties with specs, prices and galleries — extracted and verified from the previous website.
- Registers and follows up on leads.
- Asks the team one daily question and learns from the answers.
- Suggests marketing actions per property.
- Generates the monthly activity report automatically.
The honest part: adoption is the real battle
What nobody tells you about AI systems: the technical challenge is the small half of the problem. The big half is getting a busy team to actually use it. That's why NEXUS asks one single question a day, in plain Spanish, and why every suggestion explains its why. When the team is overloaded, the system lowers the load instead of raising it. A system that gets in the way gets abandoned; one that helps, stays.
Bonus: studio-quality AI photography
The latest pilot: taking real property photos and bringing them to studio quality with AI — carefully preserving fidelity (house numbers stay intact; real defects get a per-photo decision on whether to fix or document). The pilot was approved and the next phase covers the full portfolio.
Named systems
NEXUS isn't a demo or a promise: it has been operating daily since May 2026. That's what our house line means — we don't demo possibilities, we deploy systems. If your business also has its knowledge trapped in heads and chats, let's talk.
