PADEL OS: the Brand, Website and Digital Operations of a Padel Club

Real case: how Padel Lomas — 9 courts and a stadium in Puebla — went from no website to a complete brand, web and digital operations system. With the client's authorization.

PADEL OS: the Brand, Website and Digital Operations of a Padel Club

A big club without a system

Padel Lomas is one of the most complete padel clubs in Puebla, México: 9 courts, a stadium, an academy, a pro shop and its own restaurant. But in June 2026, when we started, it had no website, the brand was inconsistent across channels, and commercial operations lived scattered across chats and loose documents.

The project is called PADEL OS — the club's digital operating system. That's how we run every engagement: the system gets its own name, because a named system gets cared for and operated; a 'consulting project' gets filed away.

Brand first — and there are two

Before designing a single page we defined the complete brand system: colors measured from the real logo, typography, correct and incorrect usage, and applications. The manual was validated by the client — including sub-brands and minimum reproduction scale.

The interesting detail: the club has a restaurant, El Quinto Set, that deserved its own identity. We built a second brand with a dual day/night system — cream and royal blue by day, navy by night — designed for menus, social media and the physical space. Two brands, coherent with each other, each with its own role.

A website that sells memberships — and tells the truth

The site is 12 pages in production: a complete membership model, court pricing by schedule, the academy, the restaurant, and legal notices (privacy and terms).

The real Padel Lomas website in production — 12 pages

Two decisions defined the project. First, honesty about amenities — only what exists and operates today gets published; what's on the way is marked 'coming soon'. Second, a consumer-law audit before launch: we reviewed claims, prices and terms through the lens of Mexican regulation, and fixed issues before a customer — or an authority — found them first.

AI creative that doesn't look like AI

For the club's campaigns we built a creative pipeline: AI-generated photography using the club's real courts as reference (so the court in the poster is THEIR court), plus a real design layer — typography and layout are composed as design, not requested from the AI. The result: studio-quality campaign pieces, produced in hours.

A deliverables hub, not a lost PDF

Every project deliverable lives in an online hub with access for the club's partners: brand, website, analysis and materials, always in their latest version. No more 'can you resend that file?'.

The lesson

An excellent physical business deserves a digital operation at the same level. Order matters: brand first, then web, then campaigns — each layer built on the previous one. If your business is in that situation — excellent in person, scattered in digital — let's talk.
